Lifeguarding is more than a job. It’s a duty. That duty comes with certain obligations that we strive to uphold for our clients by ensuring that all of our employees have completed Red Cross training and certification, background checks and pass physical endurance tests. Safety is our top priority. We consider our mission statement to be a commitment to our customers that we provide only the highest quality services, dedicated to safety, honesty, and loyalty.
We are a fully insured Lifeguard Management company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and a wide variety of services. We provide lifeguard training and certification, job placement, and small or large venue employee and resource management.
Our company was founded by Maykel Rodriguez in 2001 and has been growing rapidly ever since. We serve primarily South Florida, Miami and Broward Counties, but are also expanding our services country wide reaching as far as Utah. We have provided services for residential and commercial properties, ranging from private parties and events to local pools and schools, and even large outdoor parks seeing hundreds of guests daily. Whatever your lifeguarding needs, we will work with you on an individual basis to ensure that we provide exactly what you need.
We also offer job training and placement. For our clients interested in becoming Red Cross certified lifeguards, we provide all of the necessary training, including certification granting. We can also assist you with job placement. Our team is experienced in a wide variety of lifeguarding services, and coupled with our knowledge, we can help you become a successful lifeguard, too.
