CPR / AED & First Aid

We train professional-level lifeguards to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants until more advanced medical personnel can take over. This course meets all American Red Cross guidelines.

One never knows when an emergency can occur. Whether you’re on the highway and come across an accident or in the park and encounter someone with an allergic reaction, this course will prepare participants to be that first responder that can make the difference in an emergency. Additionally, in many jobs like daycares, after school care, bus drivers etc, this certification is a requirement.
